The design study shown above only illustrates a small selection of the possible design variants which lead to a good product. What is important is that design is incorporated in the development process, and vice versa. The foundation required for a successful device is only given if a good design was implemented properly with the right technology. In this case, 3 design options were presented to the customer for selection.

CEMEC supplied the design, the complete mechanical construction with integration of the electronics. The mold construction was done by cooperation partners and supervised by CEMEC. The device has proven itself on the market with its functional reliability and robustness. Target price and specifications were fulfilled for 100%.
