Precision and speed
The drive unit is capable of positioning 5 kg of payload with a positioning travel of 25.0 mm within 0.15 seconds and a repeating accuracy of 1 µm. The load centre point is 250 mm away from the unit and also acts as a lever on the assembly, which is only 30 mm flat.
