CEMEC manufactures your high precision components and assemblies from various materials. Milling, turning, eroding, grinding are the standard processes with which we achieve precision in the micrometer range. You supply the data.... we do the manufacturing.

We also supply high gloss milled parts or milled ceramic assemblies.

The assembly shown above is a custom universal joint. The axis accuracy is better 2 µm. All components are manufactured at CEMEC. Final assembly and final measurements and approvals are also done at our facility.
