Made from the solid
The inductor is part of an electric oscillating circuit and is manufactured from the solid with a precision better than 3µm. The precision is needed to keep deviations in the frequency stability and the different modes as small as possible.
Material is an aluminum alloy, which is also suitable for mirror finishing.
Finished component, just milled without any surface post-processing.
Transfer of the 3D data and preparation of the surfaces in the CAD system for CNC production.
The surface roughness is better Ra<0,05
5-axis milling programming with optimization of the programs and production of the spiral as a prototype and in small series.
Diameter 80 mm, length 120 mm, wire thickness 8.0 mm. With head and end thread, additional lateral screw-on options.
